A: Yes—outside your Medigap Open Enrollment window or a guaranteed-issue period, insurers can require health underwriting and may deny your application.
A: Both offer strong coverage, but Plan N may have small copays ($20 for doctor visits, $50 for ER) and doesn’t cover excess charges. Plan G covers almost everything except the Part B deductible.
